When you start learning a new language you face a new kind of pronunciation system: you will find it difficult to hear and to pronounce new sounds correctly. Don't waste your time thinking about how to move your tongue, move it. Start doing these phonetic exercises! Imitate the sounds that native speakers make! Don't think about it too much, make some sounds. Learn how to speak, to sing and to have fun in a new language!
