Ру́ки вверх – вот так! 🙌 Lift both hands high.
Ру́ки вниз – вот так! 👇 Put both hands down.
Ру́ки за спи́ну – вот так! Hide your hands behind your back.

  • ру́ки – many hands: рука́ → ру́ки. Где ру́ки? – Вот они́! – они́ for many, like «Вот он!» for one (глаз).
  • вверх – up, вниз – down: no verb needed! «Ру́ки вверх!» = Hands up!
  • Мы мо́ем – we wash. Look at the words of День 10: «Мы мо́ем ру́чки – вот так!» – the same game, a little hand: ру́чки.
