Spell the words on a few separate occasions throughout the week. The best way to learn to spell new words correctly is to write them out from memory. Don't copy the word! It won't help you memorise it.

Look at the word carefully and "say it in your head".

Cover the word with your hand.

Write the word in joined handwriting. It will help your brain to remember the spelling patterns.

Check to see if you wrote the word correctly!
