День 3 из 24: 15 мину́т в день
📚 Слова́ дня · Words of the day: 4 – мину́та, ка́ждый, понемно́гу, ча́сто.
🗣️ Глаго́л дня · Verb of the day: учи́ться – я учу́сь, вы у́читесь → «Я учу́сь пятна́дцать мину́т в день.»
⏱ Часть 1 = 15 мину́т – её конча́ют все. Часть 2 – е́сли хоти́те. · Part 1 = 15 minutes – everybody finishes it. Part 2 = more, only if you want. · 🗺️ Все дни · All days
Дома́шняя рабо́та из Дня 2: · your homework from День 2: the timer is on ⏱ – now say with your fingers:
«Снача́ла слу́шаем ☝️, пото́м повторя́ем ✌️, пото́м чита́ем!»
Вы э́то уже́ уме́ете – э́то ва́ша пе́рвая побе́да сего́дня. ✅ · You can already do it – your first win today.
- Не чита́йте пока́ – слу́шайте. · Don’t read yet – listen. Which is better: five hours on Sunday – or 15 minutes every day? 🤔
- мину́та – tap your wrist ⌚ · ка́ждый день – draw small circles in the air, one after the other 🔁 · понемно́гу – a tiny bit between finger and thumb 🤏 · ча́сто – tap, tap, tap with one finger.
Скажи́те ка́ждое сло́во вслух и покажи́те его́. · Say every word aloud and show it. Tap a word or its picture – the dictionary opens.
Понемно́гу, но ча́сто – a little, but often. · Э́то пра́вило на́шего ку́рса. This is the rule of our course.
👂 Снача́ла слу́шайте. · Listen first. Tap your wrist on every «мину́т». ⌚
· How long? How often? – 30 seconds
1, 21 → мину́та · 2, 3, 4 → мину́ты · 5–20 → мину́т (пятна́дцать мину́т) – the counting rule of Курс 2.
ка́ждый день – no preposition! · пятна́дцать мину́т в день – per day · два ра́за в неде́лю – twice a week.
The same with раз: оди́н раз, два ра́за, пять раз.
🌱 The seed of the day: why 15 minutes. Six short lessons learn more than one long lesson of the same time. And 15 minutes everybody finishes – nobody fails. Part 2 is for those who want more.
Скажи́те ка́ждую строку́ вслух. · Say every line aloud – tap your wrist on «мину́т». ⌚
Пятна́дцать мину́т в день. ⏱
Ка́ждый день – понемно́гу. 🔁🤏
Одна́ мину́та, две мину́ты, пять мину́т!
Лу́чше ча́сто, чем мно́го. 👆👆👆
- Say how you learn – true for you: «Я учу́сь … мину́т в день.» / «Я учу́сь ка́ждый день.»
- One more true thing about your week: «Я пью чай … раз в день.» «Я хожу́ в магази́н … ра́за в неде́лю.»
- Говори́ть – не обяза́тельно. · Speaking is optional – listening and doing count too.
Мо́жете без ви́део? · Can you do it without the video? – Молоде́ц! ✔
Угада́йте – пото́м нажми́те. · Guess, then tap. A wrong tap is not a mistake – it is a guess. 😊
Хорошо́! Молоде́ц! · Two small things left – two minutes.
учи́ться and у́чится – the same sound at the end: «учи́цца», «у́чицца».
- -ТЬСЯ (infinitive) and -ТСЯ (он, она) both sound like a long «ца». The letters are different – the sound is one.
- More: занима́ться «занима́цца» · сади́ться «сади́цца» · улыба́ется «улыба́ецца».
- Clap on the loud syllable: у-ЧИ́-ться 👏 · У́-чит-ся 👏. 30 секу́нд ка́ждый день. · 30 seconds every day.
За́втра сде́лайте одну́ оши́бку – наро́чно – и засме́йтесь. · Tomorrow make one mistake on purpose – and laugh. Say like Scuffles: «Пятна́дцать мину́ты!» 😾 – then put it right: «Пятна́дцать мину́т!» 😄
Э́то пе́рвая мину́та Дня 4 – дня оши́бок. · That is the first minute of День 4 – the day of mistakes.
Мо́жно зако́нчить здесь – до за́втра! · You may stop here – see you tomorrow: День 4 · Ко́шка ошиба́ется ▶
- Тик-та́к. One says a number and shows it with fingers – the others answer: «Три – мину́ты!» «Пять – мину́т!» «Одна́ – мину́та!» ⌚
- Как ча́сто? One names something – the others answer with a gesture: «Чай?» – «Ка́ждый день!» 🔁 «Кино́?» – «Раз в ме́сяц!» ☝️ «Пять часо́в ру́сского?» – «Никогда́!» 🙅
- Ка́пля. Tap one finger on your palm, slowly, 15 times – and count in Russian. That is the drop that wears away the stone. 💧
Remembering a word with the whole body works better than reading it again.
A drop wears away the stone.
A little, but again and again – and even a stone gives way. That is 15 minutes a day. 🤸 Gesture: tap one finger on your palm, again and again.
- Short and every day. · Ко́ротко и ка́ждый день. One lesson a day of 15 minutes beats one long lesson a week.
- Part 1 – everybody finishes it, Part 2 – for those who want more. Nobody fails by stopping after 15 minutes – the win stays.
- The same time every day – after breakfast, before the news. A habit carries the student when the wish is tired.
- 🌍 На ва́шем языке́: how do you say «15 minutes a day»? Does your language change «minute» after numbers? Russian has three forms: мину́та, мину́ты, мину́т.
Прочита́йте ка́ждую строку́ вслух, ме́дленно. · Read every line aloud, slowly. Tap a word to check. ✋
⏱ Today's words: МИНУ́ТА · КА́ЖДЫЙ · ПОНЕМНО́ГУ · ЧА́СТО
Я учу́сь пятна́дцать мину́т в день.
Ка́ждый день – понемно́гу.
Ска́ффлз хо́чет учи́ть Сли́нки пять часо́в в воскресе́нье.
А когда́ она́ бу́дет спать? 😼
Ка́пля ка́мень то́чит. 💧
день – a day · дневни́к – a diary: a book of days! · ежедне́вно – every day
Just look and smile – you don't have to learn these now. 😊
Scuffles, when do you teach Slinky? – On Sunday! Five hours! Everything at once! – Five hours? And when will you sleep? – A little but often is better: fifteen minutes every day. – All right: fifteen «мину́ты» every day! (Scuffles's mistake) – Fifteen «мину́т», Scuffles! One минута, two минуты, five минут. – Miaow! Fifteen minutes is good.
- 1 мину́та · 2–4 мину́ты · 5–20 мину́т (15 мину́т)
- ка́ждый день – no preposition
- 15 мину́т в день · два ра́за в неде́лю
- понемно́гу, но ча́сто – a little, but often
ЛО́НДОН – the stress is on the first syllable, as in English. But Russians say a real, round о: LON-d’n, not LUN-dun. The second о comes after the stress, so it is short and weak (like the a in sofa).
ТЕЛЕФО́Н – not like the English TEL-ih-fohn: the stress is on the last syllable: ti-li-FON (е without stress sounds like a short и). That is why we mark the stress.
🎯 Why does о sound like а?
English says «little and often» – Russian says «понемно́гу, но ча́сто». And «An apple a day keeps the doctor away» – in our course: «Пятна́дцать мину́т в день – и ру́сский ваш!» 🍎😄
🔬 Почему́ так · Why this way
- Often beats long. Six lessons of 35 minutes on six days taught more grammar than one lesson of 3½ hours (83 vs 70 points): Stoltzfus · Sukseemuang 2018.
- Gaps of one to four days all work – the words come back better than after one long session: Rogers · Nakata · Chiu 2025. In the same study 61% of the learners left a long task they did alone – so Part 1 is short.
- A win in the first minute. The warm-up is yesterday's homework – remembering without looking: Agarwal · Nunes · Blunt 2021.
- The cat makes the mistakes. Scuffles says «пятна́дцать мину́ты» – the student laughs and is never the one who is wrong.
