• Как дела́? = How are you? (friendly)
• Как вы пожива́ете? = How are you? (polite and warm)
• Answer with one word: Отли́чно! Хорошо́! Норма́льно. Пло́хо.
• У меня́ всё хорошо́ = I'm fine (word for word: with me all is good).
• А у вас? = And you?

´ = ударе́ние (stress). The small sign above a vowel shows which syllable to say louder and longer: чита́ет = chi-TA-yet. It is only a help for learners – Russian books and newspapers do not print it, and you don't write it. Unstressed о sounds like а, unstressed е and я sound like и: хорошо́ = ha-ra-SHO.
