We have night, morning, afternoon and evening.
It's light in the day and it's dark at night. It gets light in the morning and it gets dark in the evening.
It's light during the day because the sun shines for us. It rises in the east in the morning and it sets in the west in the evening.
The moon shines for us at night. But it isn't light at night, it's dark.

Time goes! It goes like this: morning comes after night;
day comes after morning;
evening comes after day;
night comes after evening and
then morning comes again.

Утром мы просыпаемся и встаём. Я встаю в 7 утра. А вы? Когда вы встаете?

Днём мы учимся и работаем.

А вечером мы сначала отдыхаем, а потом опять ложимся спать.

Мы едим 3 раза в день: утром мы завтракаем, днём мы обедаем, а вечером мы ужинаем.

За завтраком мы едим завтрак,
за обедом мы едим обед,
а за ужином мы едим ужин.

Мы завтракаем завтраком,
мы обедаем обедом,
и мы ужинаем ужином.
