Russian -ыва
Russian ns, prons, adjs & nums decline in gender: m, f, n; number: s, p & case: n, g, d, a, i, p. Adv, conj, interj, prep stay the same. Verbs: 3 ten, 2 asp; asp pairs are formed: via pref, suf & lex. Beware of verbs of position and motion!

When the addition of a prefix to a Russian base verb brings a new meaning and it makes the verb perfective then an extra addition of the suffix -ыва makes the verb imperfective with the meanings of duration, continuous repetition or repetition, motivated by imperfective verbs:
- читать (impf) - прочитать (pf) - прочитывать (impf) (to read thoroughly)
- читать (impf) - перечитать (pf) - перечитывать (impf) (to read one more time)
- читать (impf) - вычитать (pf) - вычитывать (impf) (to read from a book, etc.)
- читать (impf) - вчитаться (pf) - вчитывася (impf) (to read attentivly)
- читать (impf) - зачитать (pf) - зачитывать (impf) (to read aloud)
Вчера я прочитала одну газету. Сегодня я прочитала ещё одну газету. Я каждый день прочитываю хотя бы одну газету. Я их всегда прочитывала очень внимательно и я их буду прочитывать внимательно.

In the case of the verb считать the verb has a different aspectual pair depending on its meaning:
- считать (pf) - считывать (impf) (to read from листа бумаги)
- считать (pf) - посчитать (impf) (to count от одного до десяти)
