«Друг дру́жку» = друг дру́га, но в разгово́ре. Э́то возвра́тное местоиме́ние: де́йствие возвраща́ется к тому́, кто де́лает (и́ли оди́н де́лает друго́му, а друго́й – ему́).
«Друг дру́жку» = each other (in everyday speech). This is a reflexive pronoun: the action comes back to the person who does it (or two people do it to each other).
