«Ко́фе» – горя́чий чёрный напи́ток из ко́фейных зёрен. Сло́во не меня́ется, и э́то «он»: чёрный ко́фе, мой ко́фе.
«Ко́фе» is coffee – a hot black drink made from coffee beans. The word never changes, and it is a «he» word: чёрный ко́фе, мой ко́фе.

💡 Ко́фе – «он», потому́ что ра́ньше говори́ли «ко́фий». В разгово́ре сейча́с мо́жно сказа́ть и «оно́».
Ко́фе is a «he» word because the old word was «ко́фий». In everyday speech «оно́» is now allowed too.
