Курс 4 «Высоко́ сиди́м – далеко́ гляди́м»
Course 4 «High we sit – far we see» – all 40 days on one page
⏱ 40 days · 15 minutes a day · 🎒 You need: Курс 3 «Расправля́ем кры́лья» – position and motion, prefixes, roots and suffixes, long sentences.
In 40 days you will:
- 📖 read participles and gerunds – «чита́ющий, прочи́танный, прочита́в»
- 🧚 read a whole folk tale – «Жи́ли-бы́ли…», «Моро́зко»
- 🖋️ read Pushkin in the original – «Я вас люби́л…»
- 🎭 choose the right style – «Здра́вствуйте!» or «Приве́т!», and know where a word comes from
- 🌍 write a letter and translate – «Дорого́й друг…», a proverb into your language
How a day works
- Part 1 ~ 15 minutes – everybody finishes it. Part 2 ~ more, only if you want.
- Stand up and move – this is aerobics 🤸. Listen first, read later.
- Tap a word to hear it 🔊, tap a picture to open the dictionary 📖.
- Real texts have new words – each text has a short word list. You don't need every word to enjoy it.
- The same family: Natasha 👩🏫, Richard 📒, Slinky 🐈 – and Scuffles 😾, who makes all the mistakes.
- The gestures stay: 👈 yesterday · 👇 today · 👉 tomorrow · 〰️ doing (impf) · ✅ done (pf) · ➡️ one way · 🔄 there and back.
- Signs on this map: ★ a rule in 30 seconds · 🔁 review day (orange) · 🧩 a riddle (зага́дка) on every review day · 🦉 proverb of the day · 📦 Natasha's lesson or text.
- Lost? Go back to the last 🔁 day – «Повторе́ние – мать уче́ния».
